Casualty control and recovery process
Once our clients have been paid by cargo insurers, we file recovery actions (in or out of Court, on a case by case basis) against the ocean or air carriers that are responsible for the casualty, based upon the analysis of the collected antecedents. For this stage, we have specialized lawyers that lead these actions.
The obtained recoveries go in direct benefit our clients, since this will represent a reduction of their casualty rate.
